Well, actually, it wasn’t fully silent. There were birds calling frequently. But it does look silent and contemplative, doesn’t it? As if it’s waiting for an explosion of spring growth. I looked for some sort of focal point to highlight and give you a reason to enjoy this scene. The stump and fallen tree fit the bill nicely. Nikon D7100, tripod.
