PRAIRIES AND ROCKY MOUNTAINS, SOUTH OF PINCHER CREEK, ALBERTA
A stop on the road to Waterton Lakes National Park (those are the peaks you see) offered a stunning vista of prairies and mountains in the deep southwest of this Canadian province. I used the fence as a point of interest in the bottom half of the scene, breaking up the endless green. Look carefully; do you see cows scattered in the fields? Nikon D7100, tripod, polarizing filter, graduated density (darkening) filter on the sky.
