My first visit since the early 1990s to this part of Vancouver Island’s west coast turned out to be an incredible experience. Glorious morning sun highlighted fog and an entire section of beach with boulders scattered among pools left over from high tide. I loved the sunlight reflected on the sand and did all I could to reduce the very high contrast of this scene. I think I did OK. PS: Look carefully and you can see my footprints in the lower right. 🙂 Nikon D7100, tripod, polarizing filter
