AQUITAINE TOWER, CALGARY, ALBERTA

Pre-dawn conditions allowed for a attractive mix of artificial and man-made light on this 20-storey tower in the downtown core of this western Canadian city. I approached the building near a corner and instantly saw creative possibilities. Modern architecture and urban landscapes have long grabbed my artistic attention. It’s very different from nature & landscapes, so it’s an occasional refreshing change.
