The super-contrasty conditions created by this sunrise took some careful processing to deal with, so the drama of the sunrise could be kept while reducing some of the black shadows and increasing the brightness of the water. It was a spectacular 2013 morning in this part of St. Catharines; so glad I was visiting the area and could show it to you. Nikon D90, tripod, polarizing filter
