This isn’t a usual photo subject for me, but the growing light of approaching dawn and the strong lines in the asphalt made me pull out the camera and try my luck. I like the strange feel of this Canadian Rocky Mountain scene – the emptiness and the lighting make for something almost surrealistic. Nikon D7100, tripod
