EMERALD POOL WATERFALL, MORNE TROIS PITONS NATIONAL PARK, DOMINICA
During our 20th anniversary cruise ship vacation, my wife and I were blessed to walk through Caribbean rainforest to this awesome waterfall and pool. It’s a popular place to go swimming and there were people in this scene enjoying the water; thankfully, Photoshop enabled me to remove them. The island nation of Dominica was ravaged by a 2017 hurricane; I saw a photo of this spot taken right after and it looked like a bomb had destroyed it.
