Natural landscapes: where the winter water goes

KANANASKIS RIVER,
KANANASKIS COUNTRY, ALBERTA

A bridge over the water gave me an excellent viewpoint to photograph this mountain river in cold late-winter conditions.
There wasn’t much colour in this scene, so it was an easy decision to create a show you a monotone version. Black-and-white often heightens the drama in landscape photography. That’s the case here. 🙂
