Natural landscapes: autumn in the Rockies

NORTH SASKATCHEWAN RIVER, BANFF NATIONAL PARK, ALBERTA

Spotting this brilliant tree while driving on the glorious Icefields Parkway in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, I stopped the car and scrambled down the ridge ’til finding this balance of tree, sky, river and distant peaks. Nikon D7100, tripod, polarizing filter.

  1. I see you used your polarizing filter. It really worked out well. There is an amazing crispness to this photo. I like it a lot.

  2. A sziklás hegység lábainál feltűnő fenyő erdő zöldje és a napsugártól aranyló sárga színben pompázó fa olyan látványt nyújt, amely nem minden nap adatik meg az embernek. Érezhető a kristály tiszta levegő. Köszönöm Frank
