SAN FRANCISCO-OAKLAND BAY BRIDGE, CALIFORNIA
It was a dull weather morning, so I decided to attempt subdued, minimalist photos of what we could see around our cruise ship. I like how this one turned out, in part because it’s definitely NOT a postcard picture.
This double-deck bridge, which opened in 1936, carries more than 250,000 vehicles per day between San Francisco and Oakland.
Nikon D7100, tripod, graduated density (darkening) filter on the sky.
