WESTERN GULL, SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA
This popular Pacific Ocean pier is awash in gulls and other birds who are quite unafraid of people and always looking for handouts. In fact, there was a glowing red (and very distracting) “Don’t Feed The Birds” sign right under this gull that I carefully deleted.
