Rural landscapes: follow the fences
FARMLAND SOUTH OF CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA
White fences often make for compelling images, so as soon as I find one, I try to make it work in a photo. In this case, I was blessed with bucolic farmland and rolling hills. The fence shadows really help to make this scene memorable. Nikon D7100, tripod, polarizing filter, graduated density (darkening) filter on the sky.

I agree, a fence always add a little something extra and helps lead you eyes into the picture. Great shot!
Thanks for the kind words. 🙂
Beatiful love nature. Thank you
I’m with you on this one Frank. Fence lines always create good leas-ins as they do here with the assistance of the road.
Gotta love it when it all comes together, eh? Thanks for your kind words. 🙂
Love this!
Beautifully done.
