Natural landscapes: me and the mountain pond

MACLEAN POND, KANANASKIS COUNTRY, ALBERTA

I wanted a photo of this man-made fishing pond with someone in the scene, but couldn’t get to this spot before the time-delay exposure happened. So I recruited Alex, a father fishing nearby with his son, to push the exposure button at the right time.
This is the strange and compelling result, probably achieved because Alex pushed the button twice and the camera self-adjusted in the midst of the exposures.
